We feel our honey is quite unique in Manitoba because we stay away from canola as a nectar source, doing everything in small batches, similar to a small vineyard. We also have a signature line of infused honeys, using certified organic spices from Ceylon including cinnamon, chai masala, and ginger & turmeric. We comply with all provincial honey regulations, doing all bottling in our honey house (not by a third party).
When available, we also offer bee pollen as well as hand poured beeswax candles.
